Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh food products, returns are accepted only in specific situations such as:
- Damaged or spoiled products received at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Missing items from your order.
- Products that are unfit for consumption upon delivery.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund consideration.
Proof Requirement
To process return or refund requests, customers may be asked to provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and invoice for verification purposes.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products partially consumed or used after delivery.
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales unless damaged.
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, Dailee may offer a replacement product instead of a refund based on product availability and operational feasibility.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch confirmation. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if the claim does not meet the policy conditions or if sufficient proof is not provided during verification.
